Every market on PreMark is a tokenized pre-IPO name listed by Float. The reference price is the USD price of the paired token published by Float's pair catalog and refreshed from its public API. Float coins are matched to a market by their quote mint.

Float market cap is the sum of the FDV of every coin paired to that token. Volume is estimated from claimed trading fees divided by the fee tier, net of Raydium's curve fee. Holder rewards are the rewards paid to holders, converted to USD at the reference price. These are estimates, not audited figures.

The PreMark index is a market-cap-weighted reference index. Its value is normalised to 1,000 at inception. The 24h change, sparklines and longer-range charts are indicative series generated from a deterministic seed because Float's public API does not expose historical candles. They are labelled as indicative wherever they appear.

Implied valuation is an estimate: the last reported primary or secondary round valuation, scaled by the change in the reference token price. It is not a company valuation, a fairness opinion, or a mark used by any fund.

Tokenized pre-IPO tokens are issued by third parties, not by the companies themselves. They are not shares, give no ownership or voting rights, and may be paused, transferred or burned by their issuer. Issuers can add transfer rules or fees later.

Float coins are highly speculative. Most never graduate from the bonding curve, and you can lose everything you put in. Holder rewards depend on trading fees and are paid in the paired token, which can fall in value.

PreMark is an independent product. It is not affiliated with Float, PreStock, Tessera, Solana, Raydium, or any company listed.

PreMark does not custody assets or store personal data. Wallet connections are stored locally in your browser. The launch flow records the transaction.
